Help us pack flood buckets and hygeine kits for areas affected by natural disasters. If you can not donate your time by helping, you can donate supplies needed or donate financially. Please call the church office for a list of items needed and how to donate in other ways. 717-838-2551.
Blood Drive

Each donor will receive a $15 Entrée certificate to The Texas Roadhouse in Palmyra. An appointment is recommended, but not required to donate. Please visit the Central PA Blood Bank to schedule a donation at 717giveblood.org or call 1-800-771-0059.
Spagheti Dinner

4 PM - 6 PM
We are having a spaghetti dinner to benefit "Rise Against Hunger". Dine-in or take-out. Dinner includes spaghetti and 2 meatballs, salad, garlic bread, and a drink. Desserts are available with a donation.
Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for kids age 10 and under. To purchase tickets, contact our office at 717-838-2551.
Blessing of the Animals

Palmyra First UMC invites you and your pet companions to join us for a Blessing of the Animals event! The pastor will give your pet a personal "blessing" to honor St. Francis. We will also have nail trimming and a chicken BBQ. Call for more info and tickets for the BBQ. We hope to see you and your pet there!
Chicken BBQ

We will be having a chicken BBQ during our Blessing of the Animals event. Tickets are on sale for $12 and include 1/2 chicken, potato, roll, and a drink. There will be extra BBQ available without tickets until sold out. Call our office at 717-838-2551 to purchase tickets.
Boscov's Friends Helping Friends

It’s not too early to think about Christmas shopping! The Mission Team at Palmyra First is selling coupons for the Boscov’s shopping event, Friends Helping Friends. Coupons are available by calling 717-838-2551. The coupons are for up to 25% off any purchase, all day at Boscov’s on October 21st. They will be available for a donation of $5 each, and the proceeds benefit Rise Against Hunger. The coupon is good at any participating Boscov’s store from 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM on October 21st. This is good for in-store use only, not online.
